Providing you with a self-guided and self-healing process.
Play therapy is generally with children aged 3-11 years of age and provides a way for them to express their experiences and feelings through a natural, self-guided, self-healing process. As children’s experiences and knowledge are often communicated through play, it becomes an important vehicle for them to know and accept themselves and others.
We also offer a social skills group for children ages 3-5 years of age. The focus is infant and toddler behavioral issues and mental health: making a lifelong impact through early identification and intervention.
