    1. As a therapist, I encourage my clients and parents to do the same!
Positivity is so vital in improving our daily mindset and overall well – being!!
Something as simple as “I can do anything I set my mind to”, can turn an unhappy morning into a successful, GREAT day!!

  1. Positive affirmations are beneficial to me as an adult as well! I have seen the positives when children include them in their day-to-day life. It is important to remind ourselves of how great we are and how great we can continue to be! 🙂

    1. Oh yes, positive affirmations are just as important for adults, as they are for children!!!
Along with so many more, I tell myself daily, “ Today is going to be a great day!”
Having children implement these into their daily life, can work towards it becoming second nature as an adult! ?

  2. I love affirmations!
They are so important in improving YOU!!
They can contribute to not only a better day and a better mindset, but eventually to a more positive overall well – being!

  3. Positive affirmations are more than words, they can bring different perspectives, manifest a better day, build self-esteem and transform negative thoughts. Some of my favorite affirmations that I use daily are, ” you got this,” “your voice may not be accepted by everyone, but it will be heard,” and “stand for something.” I believe these affirmations can also be helpful with children too. It is essential that they know their voice matters, and more importantly, their not too young to develop morals and ethics.
